TS954IDT is an input/output rail-to-rail low-power BiCMOS operational amplifier. It is well suited for battery-powered systems. This rail-to-rail BiCMOS operational amplifier is optimized and fully specified for 3V and 5V operation. It is used in applications such as industrial and automotive signal conditioning, active filtering, medical instrumentation, digital-to-analogue converter buffers, and portable headphone speaker drivers.
