RA family, RA2L1 group, ultra low power 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 microcontroller in LQFP-100 package. RA2L1 MCU group is part of the RA2 MCU series, it is currently the smallest member of the RA family. It is a combination of microcontroller with standard communication and timing peripherals, general-purpose analogue and new innovative capacitive touch sensing unit with best-in-class performance. When benchmarked for power consumption, RA2L1 received a ULPMark™ score of 226, as certified by EEMBC®, the embedded microprocessor benchmark consortium. It provides superior low power consumption in active and sleep/standby modes. RA2L1 integrates unique peripheral blocks such as CTSU2. Designers can easily add touch interfaces that provide an impressively smooth and efficient user experience in presence of moisture and noise while maintaining low power consumption.
