BTS409L1E3062AAUMA1 is a PROFET® smart high-side power switch. It is an N-channel vertical power FET with a charge pump, ground-referenced CMOS compatible input, and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated into Smart SIPMOS technology. Fully protected by embedded protection functions. It is used in applications such as µC compatible power switches with diagnostic feedback for 12V and 24VDC grounded loads, all types of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, and replaces electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits.

• Overload protection, current limitation, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown
• Overvoltage protection (including load dump), fast demagnetization of inductive loads
• Reverse battery protection, undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown with auto-restart and hysteresis
• Open drain diagnostic output, open load detection in ON-state, CMOS compatible input
• Loss of ground and loss of Vbb protection, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, AEC qualified
• On-state resistance is 160mohm typical at (IL = 1.8A, Tj = 25°C)
• Operating voltage range from 5V to 34V, nominal load current is 2.3A typical
• Output current is 10A maximum at (Tj = 25°C, Vbb = 12V)
• Standby current is 10µA typical at (VIN = 0, Tj = -40°C to +25°C)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +150°C, TO-263 (D2PAK)-5 package
