The MAX969EEE+ is a quad micropower, ultra low voltage, rail to rail I/O comparator 16 pin QSOP package. Device draws less than 5µA per comparator and have open drain outputs that can be pulled beyond VCC to 6V (max) above ground. In addition, its rail to rail input common-mode voltage range makes it suitable for ultra low voltage operation. It is ideal for 2-cell battery-powered applications and offers programmable hysteresis and an internal 1.235V ±1.5% reference. It is used in window comparators, threshold detectors/discriminators, mobile communications, voltage level translation and ground/supply sensing applications.
- Supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, supply current is 14µA
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Ultra low single supply operation down to +1.6V
- Open drain outputs swing beyond VCC
- Propagation delay of 10µs at 50mV overdrive, 20µs at 10mV overdrive
- Hysteresis gain of 1V/V
- Input voltage noise of 10µVRMS at f = 100Hz to 100kHz, CREF = 1000pF
- Output voltage noise of 10µVRMS at f = 100Hz to 100kHz, CREF = 0.1µF
- Common-mode rejection ratio of 1.5mV/V (typ)
