INDUSTRIAL DEGREASER FG, 500ML

Industrial Degreaser FG is an excellent general-purpose solvent degreaser, formulated for use in the food/ beverage industry to tackle “difficult” degreasing applications. Industrial Degreaser FG is an innovative solvent blend that is excellent for use where rapid turnaround is necessary and low flash point solvents can be used. Dissolves and removes greases, oils, lubricants, adhesives and contaminants from equipment, machinery, motors and metal parts. Industrial Degreaser FG cuts through dirt and grease and has a fast evaporation rate to minimise downtime, leaving no residues. Easy “in place” cleaning with minimal odour. Noncorrosive and non-staining. Typical applications include bearings, general degreasing and oil removal, electric motors, mechanical brakes and clutches, air tools, pumps, material handling equipment, dies, generators, wire ropes, moulds and chains.

• Flash point (closed cup) is 25°C
• Boiling range from 100-170°C and freezing point is <lt/> -30°C

• Evaporation rate (ether = 1) is 19 and vapour density (vs air = 1) is 4
• Viscosity (at 20°C, calc.) is 0.76mPa.s
• Surface tension (at 25°C est.) is 23mN/m and 0.037 fractional polarity (calc.)

Remarques

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
