BR24G512F-5A is a 512Kbit serial EEPROM of I²C BUS interface. It is widely used in application like ordinary electronic equipment such as AV equipment, OA equipment, telecommunication equipment, home electronic appliances, amusement equipment, etc.
- All controls available by 2 ports of serial clock (SCL) and serial data (SDA)
- 1.6V to 5.5V wide limit of operating voltage, possible 1MHz operation
- Low current consumption
- WP (write protect) function added
- Prevention of miswriting at low voltage
