150W power factor corrected LLC power supply using HiperPFS-4 PFS7625H, HiperLCS LCS702HG, CAPZero-2 (CAP200DG) and Qspeed X-Series diode (LXA03T600). It is reference design for a power supply for 100VAC to 300VAC LED street lights and other high power lighting applications. The power supply is designed with a constant current output in order to directly drive a 150W LED panel at 46V (nominal, 39V min, 54V max). The design is based on the PFS7625H for the PFC front end with a Qspeed LXA03T600 output diode and a LCS702HG for the LLC output stage.
- Input voltage range from 100VAC to 300VAC input
- Integrated PFC and LLC stages for a very low component count design
- Continuous mode PFC using low cost ferrite core
- High frequency (120KHz) LLC for small transformer size
- Greater than 94% full load PFC efficiency at 115VAC
- Greater than 94% full load LLC efficiency, system efficiency 89% / 92% at 115VAC / 230VAC
- Start-up circuit eliminates the need for a separate bias supply
- On-board current regulation, PWM dimming and LLC inhibit
