The 593D series low ESR SMD TANTAMOUNT® solid Tantalum Capacitor with moulded case. This capacitor is suitable for telecom infrastructure and general purpose applications. This series is available in 100% matte tin (Sn) and tin/lead (SnPb) terminations.
