Product Overview
The TS931ILT is a micropower single Operational Amplifier with CMOS input and rail-to-rail output. The operational amplifier can operate with voltages as low as 2.7 and reach a 2.9Vp-p output swing with RL=100kΩ when supplied at 3V. Offering a typical consumption of only 20μA, this device is particularly well suited to battery-powered applications.
