Product Overview
BD9036EFV-CE2 is an automatically controlled buck-boost switching regulator with a high withstand voltage and a wide input range capable of generating buck-boost output with one inductor. The IC has a ±7% high accuracy switching frequency for the entire operating temperature range. Because of the automatically controlled buck-boost system, it also has a higher efficiency compared to regular switching regulators employing Sepic or H-Bridge systems. Application includes an automotive microcontrollers, car audio and navigation system, LCD TV, PDP TVs, DVDs, PC, etc.
- 3.8 to 30V input voltage range (initial start-up is over 4.5V), 100 to 600KHz oscillation frequency
- 0.8V±1.5% reference voltage accuracy, 0μA (typ.) circuit current at shutdown
- Power supply voltage 40V (maximum rating), automatically controlled buck-boost system
- ±7% high accuracy switching frequency (Ta=-40°C to +125°C)
- PLL circuit for external synchronization 100KHz to 600KHz
- Two-stage overcurrent protection through one external resistor
- Various protection functions, AEC-Q100 qualified
- Undervoltage, overvoltage output detection circuit and constant output monitor pin (PGOOD)
- HTSSOP-B24 package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
