Product Overview
PE-HMI1 S7G2 WVGA HMI product example. It is a flexible and full-featured Human Machine Interface plus communications platform based on the Synergy S7G2 microcontroller. It is primarily intended for software and hardware developers to experiment and evaluate the extensive I/O features of the S7G2 on the PE-HMI1 prior to development of their own customized hardware. The PE-HMI1 contains several communications ports, including 10/100 Ethernet with Power over Ethernet support, CAN, RS232/RS485, USB host and USB device. Weather panel application demo illustrates a multi-thread HMI example that allows multiple functions such as rendering and user inputs to be managed simultaneously and thermostat application demo illustrates touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity and a webserver that connects to an access point or wireless router to provide remote wireless access from a smartphone, tablet or PC.
