AXM0F343-256-1 evaluation kit-868MHz is a complete and flexible ready-to-go solution for easy testing, evaluation and development of the AXM0F343, an ultra-low power, high performance SoC RF Microcontroller. The kit comes with two boards (GEVB) equipped with an On-Board J-link programmer, micro-USB cables, and whip antennas.
- Ultra low power SoC with integrated Arm®Cortex®−M0+ and narrow band sub GHz RF transceiver
- Narrow band sub−GHz RF transceiver
- Advanced ultra−low−power modes optimized for extremely long battery life
- 256KB of embedded FLASH memory and 32KB internal RAM memory
- Flexible internal and external clocking options, 3 channel arm PL230 DMA controller
- High security: AES, CRC and true random number generator hardware accelerators and debug port lock
- 2 USART, SPI controller and I2C communication interfaces
- Sigma delta modulator, 4 capture/compare/PWM, 19 GPIO, 12bit 1Msps ADC, 2 comparators
- Internal 40MHz high speed RC oscillator, with software
- Optional low frequency crystal oscillator for accurate low power time keeping
