Product Overview
The ATSAMD20J18A-AU is a low-power high-performance SMART ARM® Cortex®-M0+ based Flash Microcontroller with 256kB of flash and 32kB of SRAM memory. Six serial communication modules (SERCOM) configurable as UART/USART, SPI or I²C, eight 16-bit timer/counters, 32-bit Real Time clock and calendar, 16 PWM channels, one 20-channel 12-bit ADC, one 10-bit DAC. Atmel's SAM D20 microcontrollers are ideally suited for use in mobile devices due to their low current consumption. Sensor fusion processing is a key area where these devices can be used to differentiate products and with Atmel's extensive range of sensor partners it is easy to add real-time motion processing to enrich the user experience.
