MAX13055EETI+

MAX13055EETI+ is a 1.62V to 3.6V, 8-channel, high-speed LLT. This bidirectional level translator provides the level shifting necessary for 100Mbps data transfer in multi-voltage systems. Externally applied voltages, VCC and VL, set the logic levels on either side of the device. Logic-high signals presented on the VL side of the device appear as logic-high signals on the VCC side of the device and vice versa. It features an enable (EN) input to place the device into a low-power shutdown mode when driven low. In addition, this features an automatic shutdown mode that disables the part when VCC is less than VL. Applications include low-voltage ASIC-level translation, smart card readers, camera modules, portable POS systems, portable communication devices, cell phones, GPS, and telecom equipment.
