Product Overview
LTC6993-1 is a monostable multivibrator (also known as a “one-shot” pulse generator) with a programmable pulse width of 1µs to 33.6 seconds. It is part of the TimerBlox® family of versatile silicon timing devices. A single resistor, RSET, programs an internal host oscillator frequency, setting the device’s time base. It is used in applications such as watchdog timer, frequency discriminators, missing pulse detection, envelope detection, high vibration, high acceleration environments, portable and battery-powered equipment.
- Configured with 1 to 3 resistors
- Rising-edge or falling-edge trigger, retriggerable or non-retriggerable
- Configurable for positive or negative output pulse
- Fast recovery time, 2.25V to 5.5V single supply operation
- CMOS output driver sources/sinks 20mA
- Supply current is 165µA typical at (RL = ∞, RSET = 50K, NDIV ≤ 64)
- VSET drift over temperature is ±75µV/°C typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Output current is ±20mA typical at (V+ = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Operating temperature is -55°C to 125°C
- Package style is 6-lead plastic TSOT-23
