Product Overview
LT3041ADE#PBF is an ultra-low noise, ultra-high PSRR linear regulator with VIOC control. It is a high-performance, low-dropout linear regulator featuring analog devices, Inc., ultra-low noise, and ultra-high power supply rejection ratio architecture for powering noise-sensitive applications. Designed as a precision-current reference followed by a high-performance voltage buffer, it can be easily paralleled to further reduce noise, increase output current, and spread heat on the printed circuit board. Application includes RF power supplies phase-locked loops, voltage-controlled oscillators, mixers, low-noise amplifiers, and power amplifiers, low-noise instrumentation, high-speed and high-precision data converters, medical applications imaging and diagnostics, post regulator for switching supplies.
- 14-lead plastic DFN package, temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- Ultra-low output RMS noise is 1.0μV rms (10Hz to 100KHz)
- Ultra-low output noise spectral density is 3nV/√Hz at 10KHz
- Ultra-low 1/f noise is 8µV p-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz), ultra-high PSRR 80dB at 1MHz
- Output current is 1A, wide input voltage range from 2.2V to 20V
- Single capacitor improves noise and PSRR
- SET pin current 100µA, ±0.5% initial accuracy, VIOC pin to manage power dissipation
- Single resistor programs output voltage, programmable current limit
- Low-dropout voltage is 310mV, output voltage range from 0.2V to 15V
- Programmable power good, fast start-up capability, precision enable/UVLO
