ADG5209BRUZ-RL7

ADG5209BRUZ-RL7 is a monolithic CMOS analogue multiplexer comprising four differential channels. The ADG5209 switches one of four differential inputs to a common differential output, as determined by the 2-bit binary address lines, A0 and A1. An EN input on device enables or disables the device. When EN is disabled, all channels switch off. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of these switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. Fast switching speed coupled with high signal bandwidth make this device suitable for video signal switching.

• Single-supply operation range from 9V to 40V
• Fully specified at ±15V, ±20V, +12V, and +36V, VSS to VDD analogue signal range
• Latch-up proof, on resistance is 160 ohm typ at (VS = ±10V, IS = -1mA, 25°C)
• Charge injection is 0.2pC typal at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF, 25°C)
• 240MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (VDD = +15V ±10%, 25°C)
• Transition time is 150ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF, 25°C)
• Off isolation is -86dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz, 25°C)
• Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
• 16-lead TSSOP
