SFH 4547 is a radial T1 3/4 high power infrared emitter (940nm) LED. Applications include access control and security, appliances and tools, home and building automation.
- Black epoxy package
- ESD: 2kV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 2)
- High power infrared LED, short switching times
- 50mW/sr typ radiant intensity at IF = 100mA; tp = 20ms
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 100°C
- Forward current pulsed is 1A max at tp ≤ 400µs; D ≤ 0.005, TA = 25°C
- Reverse voltage is 5V max at TA = 25°C
- Peak wavelength is 950nm typ at IF = 100mA; tp = 20ms; TA = 25°C
- Forward voltage is 2.3V typ at IF = 1A; tp = 100µs
- Rise time/fall time is 12ns typ (10% / 90%) at IF = 100mA; RL = 50 ohm
