Description du produit
Les coupleurs d'appareils V-Lock IEC de SCHURTER offrent une solution simple et efficace contre le risque de déconnexion involontaire des équipements. Une coupure d'électricité peut avoir de graves conséquences lorsqu'il s'agit d'équipements d'analyse médicale, de diagnostic ou de laboratoire, d'instruments portables, d'applications A/V professionnelles ou d'équipements de l'industrie alimentaire. Le problème est encore plus important lorsqu'il s'agit d'équipements électriques qui peuvent être déplacés lors de leur fonctionnement, car le cordon d'alimentation risque d'être retiré par inadvertance.
Il existe des dispositifs de retenue des connecteurs pour éviter cela. Les dispositifs de retenue de connecteurs traditionnels sont des supports de sécurité montés sur le connecteur mâle de puissance. Les différents types d'équipements ainsi que les différents types et formes de connecteurs femelles de puissance de ces équipements font qu'il est primordial de choisir la forme de support adaptée.
Avec V-Lock, le connecteur d'alimentation est doté d'une broche qui verrouille une encoche spéciale à l'entrée du cordon d'alimentation et qui empêche de manière fiable la déconnexion involontaire du cordon.
Ce dispositif présente l'avantage de ne pas nécessiter l'adaptation ni l'ajout d'un système de fixation particulier ni d'un support de retenue à l'entrée de puissance.
Pour déverrouiller le dispositif, appuyez sur le levier de désengagement. La couleur jaune vif du levier le rend facile à repérer. Les systèmes d'alimentation électrique enfichables traditionnels ne disposent pas de ce genre de levier.
La force d'extraction est d'au moins 200 N.
Ce dispositif est disponible avec de nombreux types d'entrées et de sorties, de modules d'entrée de puissance et de cordons d'alimentation spécifiques à certains pays. Il est possible d'intégrer le système de verrouillage V-Lock aux coupleurs de puissance conformes à la norme IEC 60320 pour 10 A et 16 A.
