Product Overview
T6420M is a T6420 series 40A silicon triac for high voltage operations. This triac is gate controlled, full wave silicon AC switch designed to switch from off-state to on-state for either polarity of applied voltages with positive or negative gate-triggering voltages.
- 600V repetitive peak off-state voltage VDROM
- 40A RMS ON-state current (conductor angle=360°, Tc=70°C)
- 12A peak gate trigger current GTM (for 1µs, 1GTM≤4A)
- 3Pins isolated stud package
- Operating case temperature range from -65 to 110°C
- Shorted-emitter centre gate design
- Low switching losses
- Low on-state voltage at high current levels
- Low thermal resistance
