The LP5951MG-3.3/NOPB is a single channel CMOS low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with fixed output in 5 pin SC-70 package. This micro-power LDO is designed to meet the requirements of portable battery powered systems by providing regulated output voltage and low quiescent current. The power consumption is reduced to virtually zero when switched to shutdown mode via a logic signal at enable (EN) pin. The LP5951 is designed to be stable with small 1µF ceramic capacitors. The device has internal protection against short circuit currents and overtemperature conditions.

- Input voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Dropout voltage of 200mV at 150mA output current
- Excellent line transient response of ±2mV and good load transient response of 50mVpp
- Excellent PSRR of 60dB at 1KHz
- Low quiescent current of 29µA
- Fast turn-on time of 30µs
- Less than 1nA typical quiescent current during shutdown mode
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
