Aperçu du produit
The RT6254AHGJ8F from Richtek is a high efficiency, monolithic synchronous step down ACOT DC to DC converter in 8 pin TSOT-23 package. The delivers up to 4A output current from 4.5V to 18V input supply. The RT6254A adopts ACOT architecture to allow the transient response to be improved and keep in constant frequency. Cycle by cycle current limit provides protection against shorted outputs and soft start eliminates input current surge during start-up. Fault conditions also include output under voltage protection and thermal shutdown. The shutdown current of 3µA at VEN = 0, quiescent current of 115µA at IOUT = 0 and soft-start time of 1.5ms.

- Constant-on-time mode to enables fast transient response
- Low output ripple and allows ceramic output capacitor
- 500KHz switching frequency and 0.6V to 5V adjustable output voltage
- High efficient internal power MOSFET switch optimized for lower duty cycle applications
- Integrated 48mohm/25mohm MOSFETs, UVP trip threshold of 60% (UVP detect), 10% (hysteresis)
- Internal soft start (1.5ms typical) and built-in UVP/OTP
- Power good indicator (90%), input under voltage lockout and hicc-up mode for UVP
- Overtemperature protection, shutdown, start-up and enable (EN) function
- Ambient temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
